How to Initiate a Return

Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.


Shipping: Please pack the item securely. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.




Refund Process



Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.


Status Update: We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Returnable Items: Any products that have been customized, engraved, or made to order specifically for you are not eligible for return.
